Refund policy

At Seam London every garment is crafted exclusively to your individual measurements and specifications. Once an order has been placed, you may request a change in color, style, or size within 24 hours. After this period, we regret that amendments cannot be made, as the fabric is cut and your order enters the bespoke tailoring process.

Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if the finished garment differs significantly from the confirmed order details, we will gladly remake the same suit at no additional cost once the original garment has been returned to us.

In the rare event that an alteration is required due to our error, we will cover the alteration cost. You may have the adjustment made by your local professional tailor and simply send us the alteration receipt—our team will promptly process a refund for that amount or you may return your garment to our address along with a short video clearly explaining the alterations required.
